In Castlegar, BC today. It felt like a BCeh.com research day. I was really feeling the urge for activity so I decided to go on a mountain hike called the Brilliant-Overlook Trail. What a pleasant work out. The hike was mostly uphill along a narrow single track trail exploring along a ridge, walking boardwalk trail nailed to a cliff and up through a rock slide. The reward was some great views of the Kootenay River, Highway 3A and Castlegar.
Had the whole mounatin to myself. Did not meet a soul. It was heaven.
